Who is the Self-care Package suitable for?
There are times when we feel emotionally overwhelmed and struggle to cope, for example in the context of a life threatening diagnosis or condition, or when there have been a number of significant life events to deal with. The self-care therapy package is a short term therapeutic approach to work on tools and strategies together to help you manage distress, feel calmer and relax more, so you feel more able to cope, and engage with the challenges you are faced with.
What does the Self-care Package entail?
At the beginning we will explore together your circumstances, and the mechanisms of feeling emotionally overwhelmed and stressed. From here, we will find ways together for you to regulate distress, and learn to relax that work for you. This may involve using imagery, body based meditation practices, and working in a compassionate way to connect with a sense of calm, peacefulness and rest.
Sessions and Fees
In the initial session we will explore your circumstances and how we can work together in more detail.
You can pay session by session, or opt for a block of 6 sessions payable in advance:
- Pay per session: £95
- Pay a block of block of six sessions: £513 (save 10%)
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
